Very cute, but Declan is right; you need a stand for your food and water. Ask your mom to put her head a foot or more below her shoulders and try to drink a glass of water. No fair using one of those sports drink bottles with a controlled release top. You need a stand that comes up to at least the bottom of your chest, and as you get bigger, the stand needs to get taller. Take a look at Stella & Rory Down Under's website to see the stand their mom built for Rory for only a couple of dollars. It's in an older post, so you'll need to go back several weeks. Absent a stand, eating and drinking while lying down is far safer for you than trying to do either one standing on your head.
Jed & Abby's mama [We're not Danes, but mama's had over 60 years of experience with close to 100 Danes.]
Mama has been worrying that she was too importunate in this post. But she worries about you. Eating off the floor for a big, deep chested doggie increases the risk of bloat, in addition to being most uncomfortable. Hope your mommy will accept that mama means well.
hehehe CUTE!
ReplyDeleteHi Jasmine, Rory agrees. When he was little he even used to sit when he peed. It was heaps funny. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
ReplyDeleteAw bless! You could do with a bowl stand like mine! Deccy
ReplyDeleteOh, yeah. I like the way you think. And drink. Woo.
ReplyDeleteLuv,
Dave
Hee! Hee! Jasmine - that's my motto too!
